Okay, bear with me here this is a dumb question from an airline pilot who has been out of part 91 for a long time but is looking to do some part-time work. What is necessary (what is the pertinent FAR) for a pilot to act as SIC for an aircraft requiring a type rating and 2 crewmembers. Back in the day I think we just needed familiarization with the systems and 3 take-offs/landings. I know for part 121 our guys need an "SIC Type" nowdays, what is required for Part 91. Can you still do the old 3 bounces or has this been superseded by new requirements. Sorry for the dumb questions.
