Shuttle America Interview

Hey everyone. I am posting this on behalf of my friend who doesn't have a computer. She has an interview coming up with Shuttle and is concerned about how the interview process goes. Posts on Aviationinterviews.com are informative, but she hears that there's a new chief pilot and wonders if there are any changes to the process. They've apparently interviewed people recently with the new chief, so does anyone know anything about how things are NOW? If so, please post here, or better still, on that site so she and others can get any new skinny.
