Is anyone here familiar with Shuttle America? This is NOT the one in the northeast. This was to be a start-up in Florida using 727's around 1993-94.

Needless to say, it never got off the ground, but the "executives" collected a $5,000 "training fee" from prospective pilots.

Just wondering if anyone knows any other details and if any restitution has ever been made.

Thanks,

Ultraman

I "interviewed" with back in -93/-94, for some reason I got turned down. Well, my friends were not that lucky, they got "hired" and forked out $5000. Last I heard, they hadn't got any of their many back.
