Hi,

When you shoot an approach in 121 OPS, if you have the visibility but not the ceiling, can you still do the approach? according to 121.651, the ceiling is only a requirement if it says CEILING REQUIRED on the approach. Thanks

I think you answered your question. As long as you have the vis. you can shoot it.:beer:
