My student, trained at Sheble, didn't know what an NDB was on the departure procedure for MRY. He couldn't accept the DP because he couldn't read the chart. He also couldn't fly the NDB bering with the ADF. I'm not saying it's a bad place to get your training but I would put the money you save into polishing up your rating at home.

You will get the ticket. However, you should at least go on one flight with a CFII in your local area.

there's plenty of folks offering opinion over the last 5 years of that outfit, most of which are not as positive as this thread seems to be
 
as i stated before I worked there two out of the last five years. you get what you come for, its quick and the prices are set. a leading school? no way, but most of the so-called "fast track" farms are no better and take ALOT more of your dough. get the tickets and then you really begin learning anyway.

any fresh minted CFI's ever feel like they are ready/know everything?......no and neither did i...good luck.
