Heck, I'll say it for the CS guys - Thanks NJ for whatever you'll have done. As an outsider (for now) it seems very strange that these "my contract is better than yours" posts just keep going on. I had never heard of fractional until the end of November. That just happened to be when NJ got the TA. For the 18 years I've been in the biz there have always been better companies than others. I have been lucky so far in being able to pick the company I work for and I hope it turns out this time. However, if I do blow my interview I would be happy to have a job someplace else. The NJ contract would be a base line for what my company should strive for. I REALLY hope this isn't what the total conversation is in the cockpit and overnights - that would get old in a hurry.

You ALL should be happy you have jobs that put food on the table for your families and stop worring about the other guy. Thank you NJ once again for setting the bar even higher!

Baja - See you at the end of the month.

I don't know...but the overwhelming majority of CS guys I have spoken to since November seems to be very much in favor of a Union.

The "mouths" on this board are the same ones over and over again......they certainly don't represent to average CS line guy.....at least not the ones I've met.

Time will tell.....

Same here DO-82 driver. These 3 are not representative of the CS majority at all.

FL410, based upon the previous observations and a comment by one Blugrit on another thread, not to mention the implied secret society over at CS, I'd come and join the fold at NJA. I can't understand why no one cares to answer a simple question about benies over there, unless they are either ashamed or have a code of silence until you're hired. You want to fly with a guy like Blugrit? I wouldn't. In fact, I'd stand in line at Human Resources to eliminate such an ass.
