There are no similarities between Dr. Laura and Rush Limbaugh. Dr. Laura reveals things that are wrong with our society like kids being raised in day care full time, people getting divorced without a good enough reason especially when children are involved, and the modern day conflict that couples have when the mother is trying to be the bread winner over her husband and the effect it can have on their children.
Dr. Laura like Rush is a biatch but that's what they do to try and hold onto ratings. Rush is a fraud, he found a part he could play well and profits greatly from it. He's as 'Hollywood' as they come.

I dont think in most companies its required to inform your employer the moment that you've become pregnant. You should be entitled to maternity leave and should they not allow you to come back, they could have a lawsuit.
