Hi!
I tried the above site. They let you do a free demo.
It gave me ExpressJet for my demo:
It gave me good information about the most junior person hired, age ranges and percentages currently employed, and the most junior person at each base/aircraft/seat.
It also gave me good information on how many guys would retire each year-unfortunately it's not updated for Age 65, which needs to be fixed.
*Then, it showed me what seniority number I would be every year until retirement if I started this year.
WRONG!!!
This is really messed up. It said I would be LAST on the seniority list every year. So, it assumed that over the next 16 years ExpressJet will not be hiring ANY pilots! And I thought the regionals were growing.
They want to charge $5 for 1 month, or $10 for 3 months. Or, if you give them a seniority list they don't have, it's free.
