I have an interview with NetJets on 16-17 Sep in HOU. Does anyone have any recent gouge on the interview process. I have already been to aviationinterviews.com Thanx.............Joel

Joel,

I recently helped someone prepare for their interview with Netjets. They were just offered a job, starting in two months.
Aviation interviews.com was excellent. I know you might have some reservations here, but call Air apps (65 dollars) and go for the phone interview. Helped tremendously, polished up some answers and helped focus, also gave alot of confidence.
Also go out and borrow MS Flightsim 2002 PRO and shoot the profile.
The purpose is not to learn the sim but practice that profile and callouts.
You gotta use two NAV recievers and (don't laugh), the Caravan's radios are the only one's that work, all the jets or twin turboprops only allow you to tune one NAVAID at a time.
Shoot the hold and practice that intercept and proceedure turn
You will see it's hard to stay within 10 miles of ANVIL
I can't believe how many people screw that up.
It really helped the interviewee. In fact very few 4's and many 5's in the simreview. High sim scores
made a good impression on interviewers.
Most of all be confident in your abilities, genuine, and honest.
They are hiring professionals so dress for success.
I talked to an interviewer about what they look for most in an interviewee. Honesty, integrity, professionalism and can they fly with me for a week at a time.
If you need any more gouge feel free to ask.
One last thing. The interviewer said the job is yours to lose.
I know that sounds odd but it's true. If they call you for an interview they want you.
