All,
I'm talking with my owners about my benefit package and the possibilities of some sort of supplemental retirement plan to go along with my 401k.
I officially work for a 135 management company who the airplane owners pay and my salary and benefits are then paid through them. I've been with the same owners for about six years and have a great rapport with, however I have something else in the works and they know it. They have asked me to do a benefit comparison and I'm now asking for help.
So, if anyone out there can provide me with information on their benefits I would be very grateful. What I'm looking for is out of pocket costs on health and dental plans. 401k plans/contributions/matches, any other type of retirement plans anyone has and would be useful for a comparison.
Any and all information would be very helpful so I can put together a package to present and see if I couldn't upgrade or add a few items and someday retire with a bit more than "in the bank" so to speak.
PM me if that's best. Thanks.
