Sector Maps

Hi guys-

Wondering if its possible to find ZBW sector maps and some TRACON maps within the center airspace. I fly all the time between PHL and PWM. It would be very helpful to see the best freq for center or approach on a map. Right now..I have to go on memory. I hate guessing the freq only to have it be incorrect.
