Some of the Lears I have flown recently have a very "spartan" seat. In fact, one feels about as comfortable as the seat I made for my "pretend" aiplane that I built in the backyard at age seven!

What do you use to make a piece of plywood covered by a sheepskin a little more confortable for those three hour legs?
One guy uses an inflatable "donut".

Any other ideas?
