look up a guy at Grand Lake, OK. His name is Bob Billingsly. Went through his program years ago. A lot of fun and he is a good guy...he has a hot daughter!

Check out the good old boys at Sheble aviation in kingman az. cheap and easy! almost guaranteed!

In NC, Speedbird Aviation at MRN has a great program, and a great instructor.

I used getting the seaplane rating to get back into aviation after a several year break. The Mr. Nesmith, the instructor, didn't sign me off until he thought I was safe to fly a seaplane, and even though the actual program is for 6hrs training, he allowed me 8 because there was an unexpected schedule conflict from his end which prevented doing the 6hrs in one two-day block. The FBO is a class act too...

Wow...Bob Billingsly. I haven't heard that name in a while. I took a checkride with him eons ago. He didn't have a daughter then, but a very attractive wife. I flew a cub into the land airport, and she came over and picked me up in the Lake. Very nice folks.

NorCal...they used to have an aztec on floats, but I believe it's long gone. Last I heard, they weren't doing multi sea any more.
