Nope, not unless you are planning to land at an intermediate stop along the way in Canada. Otherwise, you can do the flight as normal as any other domestic flight, because you departing from, and landing on domestic soil.
 
What are you flying? If you stop in BC, I can give you the scoop. Wheels or floats? Like the other guy said, if your just going for it non stop I don't think you have to tell anyone.
 
If you can't get into Juneau or any of the surrounding airports, you might want to keep Whitehorse in mind. Then again, you might already know this!!
