Scope clause

I just want to hear what you pilots and even non-pilots think about the idea of a simply scope clause. All flying in the US including, Alaska and Hawaii, and all flying in Canada and Mexico done by our carrier must be done by the pilots on our seniority list. It's simple and stops all out sourcing. I read what American pilots are negotiating for and think it is the solution. What do you think?
