I just accepted a Captain position in the Citations with Schubach. I was impressed when I was there for the interview. I haven't flown w/ them quite yet however, my buddy is a Captain there as well. Not too many RON's for the Citations and King Airs. I don't know anything about the Hawkers and Challengers. Bigger aircraft, bigger suitcase as you know. They're adding more aircraft and they're one of the largest charter operators in SoCal. Pay will depend on wheather you're a Captain or FO. I think FO's are in the 30's, and as for Captains.....it's make your own deal for your salary. If you're a good negotiator you'll do fine. I'm not complaining. They seem to be fair. Golden handcuffs!
