Has anyone heard anything about Scenic Airlines labor issues lately? I heard that they had furloughed a large group of their pilots yet they were hiring a bunch of furloughed Usair guys to fly for them (despite having their own pilots furloughed)? Even though they aren't union, is this legal? Would the scenic pilots, furloughed or otherwise, have any legal position against Scenic for letting these guys come in above them in seniority? I wanted to work for this company until i heard this....
