I'm sure there is more than one web site devoted to unhappy Delta customers. If you were working for Delta wages, would you go out of your way to make the customer experience a pleasant one? I wouldn't.
Whoever set this up must really be pissed or has nothing else to do. First artcile misrepresents the current headcount reduction program. Delta is not cutting it's headcount in half. They simply offerred the early out program to about half of it's employees, hoping to get 2000 takers. This guy must work for the NY Times or Washington Post.
