SAPA Forums?

What you guys need to do is for someone to start their own independent forum for SKW employees.

Most folks just use the sapa forums because few of us think you would get called out for anything other than severe personal attacks or grossly unprofessional vulgarity (refer to the Sharon Stone post if you don't know what I mean by that). Even then it would be sapa moderators, not managers.

If you want to post anonymously, come here to flightinfo. People act differently when they are in a group when everyone is wearing masks. On the sapaforums people still speak their minds but it "usually" remains respectful. Those with black helicopter complexes usually choose not to participate.

Each has its benefits, but I guess that is up to the audience you are serving.

Apparently you have never been called into the Chief Pilot's office for a post. Truly open communication is only possible when there is not a threat of retaliation.
