Did a search and could not find anything. Does anyone know if the cockpit jumpseat is availible US mainland to Puerto Rico with the new TSA rules?

Do these flights require Gen Decs?

Thanks.

I am not 100% sure, but I am pretty sure that the cockpit is available if you are with the airline going to San Juan or are an express partner since San Juan is not really considered a foreign destination and doesn't require a trip through customs to or from the US mainland.

I don't believe the cockpit jumpseat is available anywhere anymore is it? But, if your just looking for a ride to San Juan from the mainland you have several options. It looks like your 121, so you take your pick. If you are 135 you can get here on JetBlue from JFK, Spirit from Orlando or FLL, and ATA from Chicago or Orlando. They are all terrific to jump with; thanks by the way.

As far as the Gen Decs. It's US to US (although the PR's may think otherwise), no Gen Dec's required. Hope this helps.

You shouldn’t have any problems. No customs are required. The loads are usually light; I commuted all last year (twice a week) and only had 1 problem.
