Anybody know of any corporate operators out of San Diego.Considering how big it is you don't here much about it.Does Qualcom or Gateway have any flight departments?

Gateway, or I should say the owner of Gateway has a Gulfstream V (IV?) in SAN. TAG Aviation manages the aircraft. I would imagine that a Gulfstream job in SAN would be highly desireable.

When I instructed at Gillespie (SEE) Qualcom ran a Global Express from there. Parked it at Royal Jet. There was a Falcon 50 over there too, not sure who it belonged to. Then there's Jimsair at SAN, they do charter and have quite a few a/c. Palomar (CRQ) has a few corp/charter outfits, Jetsource I believe is the biggest and the only one I can recall off the top of my head.

SDCFI are you trying to get back to that area.It really seems limited, and does anybody know anything about Jimsair?

Del Mar jet, or something like that manages the qualcom bird. Last I knew Jimsair had no aircraft undermanagement and no charter aircraft living there.

The jet job market is TIGHT in SAN, I grew up there and had to move to find a good job.
