I've used San Diego Airport Parking in the past, low price and shuttle runs on demand. (619)574-1177

I used it too when I lived in SD, but I wish I had used the San Park Pacific Highway. The van would drive by like 4 times before San Diego Airport Parking would come by! I know the Pacific Highway place is much closer to the airport too. It's $75 the first month and then $60 there after.

If you have a beater, you can park on State St. under or near the I-5 overpass (no meters or time limits).

You could almost hit a baseball onto the runway from there, but the terminal is on the other side of course, about 1.5 miles. You can either walk, call a cab, or take the airport shuttle from one of the parking or rental car outfits (tip the driver).
