We all know industry rates have been discussed over and over on this board. Let's just say a pilot, or group of pilots have been paid industry standard as a starting salary for a part 91 operation. What would be considered industry standard yearly raises for a midsized flight department in Texas operating midsize jets? Thanks!!!
