Safi airlines?

does anyone know anything about Safi airlines out of UAE?

They also operate 737's (300's or 400's, I forget)....Flying DXB-Afghanistan, and not sure what else......I've heard the Safi crew's on the radios once and a while, seemed to be a mix of North American voices and others (maybe middle eastern or eastern european?....)
