At Flex, Captains and FOs go to school twice a year... plus the usual 135 line check for the Captains.

Training is conducted in-house by Flex instructors/checkairmen at the Bombardier Training facility, primarily in DFW.

Sounds like Flops is the only one who doesn't require everyone to go to the school house twice a year (SIC).
