No established pay scale right now. We've begun negotiations with TWU for a contract that should be ready within the next 6-8 months.

Word around the office is that the company WILL relocate to Rockford, IL this year. It has been rumored to happen since November, since our parent company is HQ'd there. There hasn't been an official statement from mgmt since they are trying to workout details and timeline for relocation. THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL, YET.

We currently run a 5-2 schedule, but are looking at options of a 4-3 (10 hr) schedule.
