My boss wants to build a freakin runway on his ranch and is looking for a company/contractor to get some bids. We are in south Texas and I was curious if anyone had any ideas who to start talking to or know anyone who does this. Thanks!!

We had one done years ago. It was only for a twin otter and we used a regular black top company. We had company folks clear the land-took months! Then the survey, grading and prep and the blacktop. Day VFR only...I don't know what weight requirements you have..If you need lights..

These guys did one in Austin. Not sure where you are....

Check with your local concrete trade association, they should be able to steer you in the right direction. Otherwise...call you nearest local airport and talk to the manager.
