I don't care which one your work for, but how many do you have? Jet Blue has 50 and plans to have 80. I could be wrong but that number seems very high.

That is very high! Why do you think that is? Oh boy, the worms are coming out of the can.

Your avatar says it all, Who cares???????

I don't think that's high. Jet Blue has about 2000 pilots, Allegiant has about 350 pilots. That's 5.7 times as many.

10 sim instructors x 5.7 = 57 instructors needed at JetBlue to have the same ratio.

So if JetBlue only has 50, they're actually a little short on sim instructors numbers compared to Allegiant. Perhaps 80 is what they're planning for when they expand.
