Homeowner looking for a third roommate at a nice house very near the airport in RIC. We are looking for a fulltime roommate to replace one who is relocating and will be using an extra room as a crash pad. Your own vehicle will be necessary, no crash pad cars. Rent is $400 all inclusive. Your bedroom will be your own and all areas of the house are commonly shared by everyone. We do have a cat, and neatness is necessary, please.
