One last question, was he a Left Tackle or a Right Tackle.

I would assume he was a left tackle because they only put the best, and toughest at Left Tackle.

F-22

What a freakin' warrior. A handle bar mustache, his cover tipped to the side, and his revolver on his hip (after bagging a -21).... They should just cast a bronze statue of him and place it in front of the Weaons School at Nellis.
And he thought the F-22 was a waste of money.

Many people have that thought. Right or wrong, we have a tremendous amount of Fighters that are wearing out. My old Guard unit is parking their F-16C block 30's next year. The replacement jets will only have 2 years left on them. Getting 2 F-35's (multi-role) for the price of 1 F-22 may be a necessity. Even with that there are going to be many Guard/Reserve units that will continue to go out of the Fighter business the next few years and maybe out of the flying business all together.

Honest question. Wasn't the F-15 'too expensive' at it's genesis? Wasn't the 16 a 'cheaper' alternative?

Not meaning to start s#!t.
