While I am growing very tired of the whole RJDC story, I do have a question. Is there a link or web site that can take me to a copy of the RJDC Complaint/Lawsuit that was filed with the courts? The only thing that I have found was a six page document that talked in non specific terms about their objective for this lawsuit. I am looking for the document that lists the RJDC goals of eliminating scope, merged senority list, and the financial damages of $15,000,000,000. I am so sick of reading about the RJDC and the contradictions in what the lawsuit actually says, that I want to take some time and actually read the whole silly argument. I agree that there may be some problems in ALPA backing ASA/Comair as well as Delta, but I think that SCOPE provisions are an important part of pilot contractrs. If we did not have scope, it is easy to see that Mainline will shrink, Mainline Pilots will be furloughed, and huge amounts of flying will be transfered to the lowest bidder. It is happening now! I am just surprised that it is not this obvious to the RJDC! Or is it, and they just don't care?

acarpe,

A copy of the suit can be found in the "downloads" section of their sad little website. By the way, when you do visit it, please ignore the entire opening page. It is a blatent lie, and they know it. ALPA has NEVER negotiated, or even attempted to negotiate, and language at all that would prevent mgt from operating as many rjs as they like. A little fact that they conveniently continue to ignore to suit their selfish agenda.

I commend you for seeking the information. Pay particular attention to the "relief" section. You will find that if a judge grants their requests, this profession will be destroyed.

Thanks guys. So much for raising the bar.

Acarpe,
I'm glad that you are searching for original information, instead of just listening to what people tell you. One thing to consider though, is that the copy of the litigation that fdj keeps quoting is the ORIGINAL lawsuit. Many parts of it have been dropped or amended, so it's not really the same anymore.

Of course, it sounds like you have allready made up your mind about the litigation, and whatever you read will not change your mind. I personally think that if the rjdc wins, it will be better for ALL airline pilots, and you guys will be thanking them for being so foreward looking. I honestly cannot understand why some people are so upset about someone who fights for their rights under the law.
