Again you ignore ALPA's own record. Never did the Comair MEC (or plaintiffs') propose "taking" any aircraft flown by Delta pilots, however the same cannot be said for the Delta MEC.
Please explain that letter by the Comair MEC about hiring Delta pilots whoare on furlough! I believe the letter stated that you felt like it would be unsafe to hire furloughed Delta pilots and place them on the bottom of your senority list! However, you all stated in this letter that if DALPA got rid of allof it's scope, planned percentages, seat limitations, etc. etc. that you at Comair felt like it would be safe in that situation!
Sounds to me like you were using the furloughs to try to get yourself larger aircraft, and more aircraft! Paint it any color you want, but you scumbags at the RJDC were looking out for yourself, damn everyone else!
