Dan, I don't have any hatred for "reform-minded pilots" or anyone else for that matter. Besides, you are far from a reform-minded pilot. You are simply carrying out a vendetta against the DAL pilots that you feel harmed you in some convoluted way. Your monetary claims have already been dismissed, so you cling to what little hope of revenge that you still have in eliminating their scope protections and stealing their flying. That's not reform, it's theft.

As for reform, I consider myself to be a reform-minded pilot. Duane Woerth was a reform-minded pilot. Real reformers find ways to work within the system and effect change over time. Filing lawsuits only harms the Association. It will never reform anything.

As someone who has attended events in SLC, I can tell you that these subjects never come up because no one other than your little band of dissidents even gives the RJDC a second thought. Also, I never say anything different in person at an organizing drive than I would say on this board or anywhere else. If a Skywest pilot asks me about the RJDC, they will get my honest answer.

Second, you ignore the history of the numerous lawsuits brought against ALPA (and won) by ALPA VP's and mainline MEC chairmen when their rights were violated.

Third, you ignore the fact that for over thirteen years ALPA has done nothing but create "advisory" committees while the union's predatory mainline bargaining practices continue unabated.

Why did the RJDC drop from their relief section a demand for list integration when the mainline started furloughing? Was it suddenly not such a good idea, or was it just not beneficial to the losers at the RJDC?
