So we can't come up with scope that doesn't "harm another ALPA group"? Some brotherhood......

That comes down to the definition of the word "harm." You and your attorney Haber have argued that the CMR and ASA pilots were harmed by DAL scope. Anyone with eyes can see that the only ones really harmed by DAL scope were the DAL pilots themselves. Not because it was too restrictive, but because it wasn't restrictive enough. The Ford & Cooksey lawsuits would end all of those restrictions, and the DAL pilots would suffer even more. The real irony, though, is that the CMR and ASA pilots would probably suffer also because the flying would all be awarded to the lowest bidders: MAG, PCL, CHQ, etc... You'd kill DAL scope, and you wouldn't even get anything for it.

Stop complaining. For the love of god, stop complaining. This lawsuit is truely embarrassing. Apply to another airline. In fact, apply to airtran, swa, frontier, jetblue, allegiant, skybus, virgin america, kallita, ups, abx or any other non alpa carrier. Problem solved.

Man! Joe and Knaveheart need to empty their intellectual colostomy bag somewhere else.

Maybe we can set up a donation account to buy you guys at least one pair of non-bunching panties.
