They do seem to be a bit older. Are they, in fact, new hires ? Recalls ? Or a mix ?

Anyone know for sure if AA has all its furloughs back...or are some still bypassing recall ?

That was a newhire class. It's been pretty typical to see most newhire classes with most of the pilots age 40 and over since aa took over all the hiring.

Only a couple of new hires in that photo, most are flow-thru Eagle pilots with 1998 DOH.
