Anyone know anything about working for them? QOL issues, schedules, pay, benefits, etc?

My uncle used to run a ranch for them in S. Texas. All I know is if they run a flight department the way they run a ranch then it's got to be a good place to work.

They have a couple of Falcon 900's from what I've heard. One is based at FTW, and maybe one on each coast. They are a pretty secretive operation from what I gather.

To follow up on the above post, my boss knows the Bass family, our aircraft are based on the same airport and my boss still doesn't know what aircraft they own.
