Zero  As soon as mergers start happening i would bet on seeing a spike in early outs.JMHO

Why? A senior pilot will be a senior pilot even after the merger. A merger won't change their plans at all. In fact, some may decide to stay in order to try and fly an aircraft their current company does not have.

What effects could a merger have on a pension? Or what kind of QOL bumps might be seen? Just seems like a headache for someone to go through and alot of retirements nowadays at NWA are early outs anyway are they not? Just lots of unknowns no matter how senior or junior you are in a merger.jmho
