Please let me know if there is a more appropriate place for this post. I need some suggestions on writing my resume. Should I do it myself? Buy some software and do it myself? Have a pro write it? Post it online? Or should I do all of those?

Does anyone have a recomendation on software for writing a pilot resume? I used 'Reume Make' a few years ago, but can't find it now. Also, it was not tailored for pilots, so there was no good place for the flight time details in the program. It worked out all right, just took more adjustments. Is there a sofware package that has the stuff pilots need?

I looked up 'resume for pilots' online. So many results, and all seemed fine. Has anyone used any of those services? Does anyone have a recomendation as to which pro to use, and where to post it?

Do employers of pilots go to the Internet to find pilots?

How do I look for a temporary flying job overseas?

I appreciate any ideas anyone has.

I think one can make up a great resume all by themselves...do a search here, many posts covering resumes.

However, "resume writer" posts often and seems to have done many pro resumes here for a small fee, and everyone seems to be very happy with her work! might be worth looking into....
