I am a sr in college and want to start applying for jobs. Is there any sites out there that give a good example of how to put a quality resume together? I am Majoring in Economics and am going to apply for a few airline analyst positions.

Try the APA style manual, your school library probably sells it. I think it stands for the American Pyschological Association but i could be wrong.

Shotgun answer:

A Quick Google Search revealed this (you can probably find many more than I did):
Mr. Loh's Resume

Take a look at the listing that come up for open positions. They'll highlight the experience qualities companies are seeking for each position.

The format of your resume isn't as important as the content. Take a look at job lisitings for Airline Anaysts (Google again) to gauge the qualifications they're seeking. Highlight those you have in your experience (may be limited just out of College) and the skills in your education, e.g. "Senior Thesis - Economic Impact of Point to Point Air Service Hub and Spoke Operations."

Don't hesistate to ask more specific questions.

I wish you success!
