any that fly outside the USA for sure....

Could you be a little more specific, I fly for a regional that fly's outside the US and I don't have one. Isn't that just a Class II Nav thing??

We fly outside the US and I had to get one. I dont think thats the reason though. I think its just the airline's way of making sure you are covered...whether it really matters or not.
