Republic QOL and Contract

How many hours is the average FO getting credited for in a month? How many days off average a month? Deadhead pay, full or 1/2 time?

I'm about a year and 3/4.
80-90 hours a month......personal choice, less is more for me, I have stuff in my hometown that I would rather do.
I average 14-16 days off.
Deadhead pay is 3/4.

Not a bad place to work if you want a decent amount of days off as compared to other companies. I had 17 days off and was credited 94 hours of pay for the month of October. Hired in June of 2005.

I'm with RP170 June of 05 and I've been avging. 16-18 days off for the last 5 to 6 months. Working about 85-90 hours a month.

i got on in april of 06 and have been geting about 14 days off, and only sat 2 days of reserve and, I commute to base in my car. also last month was 95 hours of pay.

Anybody on the Republic 170 - any idea how long a newhire might sit reserve? I haven't heard about any other new classes besides the one that starts on Monday. I heard they were getting more 170's, so no more classes seems strange to me.
