Also the really horrible company's are the ones that don't pay you for cancelled flights. Wouldn't want to be flying anywhere in the Midwest during the winter if I worked for Republic.

Only the really shi^^y regionals don't get paid time and a half for working holidays...oh wait thats all of them..The good regionals get revenue tix to get to work.. maybe I'm on the wrong forum?

That's misleading as well. You only get your original line guarantee for the month if cancellations cause you to drop below that.
