The application was filed in February. The actual DOT application is at the following link. Lots of info and ties between Republic, Chautauqua, and Shuttle America.

You might also find some interesting info about the Transfer of Operating Authority of Chautauqua and Shuttle America to Indiana. Both were filed on the same day in February.

CHQ pilot, you seem well informed. Do you know the answers to these questions...

1) Has the operating certificate been awarded yet? It would not appear so from the FAA's site (http://av-info.faa.gov/OpCert.asp) unless that is not updated promptly?

2) Is it true that CHQ DO has been awarded a leave of absence to move to Louisville to help start operations?

3) Is it true that Republic has already ordered 25 jets?
