Republic Interview

I have an interview on the 14th. My questions for you guys at Republic; do you like the company? How are the schedules? How long is reserve? What are the senior bases? I have CRJ experience can I switch to other equipment if it means better quality of life for me? Are different bases for different equipment? Are you assigned bases at first or can you bid for them and actually get them? I would like to be in Houston.
