Republic / Chautauqua LGA base

How senior is LGA at Republic? What airline/plane would give me the best chance to get LGA out of training or soon after?

CHQ only flys 145's out of lga as of now

LGA has been super senior for FOs the last 2.5 years(ex. 2 year FOs still on reserve), but there has finally been some movement of the FOs. For captains ithink there is one guy who has been on property 3+ years, the reast are 4+years on property. There have been some junior FOs gettign backfilled recently, but i'm not sure where they stand overall in seniority, because, well, I don't care.

Do yourself a favor and do not come to Repbulic... This place is a sinking ship. Managment treats you like absolute trash!
