Actually... it's not republic who got the deal... it will be announced tomorrow that Glufstream Airlines will get the flying. They will hire tons of new FO's for only 30K every 250hrs of flying, that way, frontier doesn't even have to worry about paying for fuel or else... the pilots will! Plus, the dispatchers/schedulers will be all students from Embry Riddle getting first hand experience for their super degree, so it won't cost a dime to the companies...

I decided your bid wasn't low enough so I put another RFP back out, and 8HourPilot said he could fly the 'widebody' for Saab rates. The 170 will look good in "Comair Connection" colors, doing 12 daily flights each from CVG to exotic locales like IND, SDF, LEX, CRW, DAY, CMH, CLE, TOL, EVV and CMI.
