I am replying w/ regard to your question you emailed me but I deleted before responding. I was just in a bad mood, a lot was going on outside flying. You will have fun and they were very nice to me granting me time off for family issues. The reason I left is completely different than why others chose to leave. Others could back me up, negotiations suck every where = negative feelings. Overall there are some very good people and their business model will succeed but another oppurtunity turned up and I could not back out on a friend who put his name on the line for me. Good luck to you and your decision and no I did not have to build the airplane just had to know what is in the book. Limits, Emerg IAI, Flows, walk around, the basics. Tribal knowledge is aimed more at the Captains but still nothing difficult. Just understand some peoples post were just a vent plus beer plus fun to read = not term paper material nor job advice.
