renting in foreign countries

I will be doing some travelling for vacation and I would like to look into the possibility of renting an airplane for some sightseeing. Anyone have any info on renting in the following contries?: Costa Rica, Peru, Lithuania, and Thailand.

No, but I do for St. Marteen. It was just a check out landing on St. Bart with the usual stuff in any check out. Call the local FBO's and ask them, I am sure each country has different policies.
