relief crew on FDX/UPS/etc trips?

Excuse my ignorance, but do you guys carry a relief crew on your long distance trips, such as Memphis to Narita type flights?

Are the planes outfitted with bunks/sleeper area or just a first class style deck of seats you can sleep in
 
Yes. With more than 8 hours scheduled flying a relief pilot is required. 2 pilots in the seat and the 3rd in rest. With more than 12 hours flight time a second relief pilot, 2 full crews. On the MD11 there is a bunk room for sleeping. Similarly on the 747. It varies but is sometimes quite comfy enough to sleep soundly.
