I interviewed in March for SWA, and I was wondering how much weight is put on having relatives employed by SWA? Thanks in advance for the info.

If the relative is a great employee...it will probably be factored in...to your advantage.

If the relative is NOT a good employee...it will probably be factored in...to your DISadvantage.

I don't know how much weight is put on having relatives at SWA. All I do know is that a son of a very well liked SWA Check Airman interviwed at SWA and didn't get hired.
